Serving in Production and QA for Game of Thrones: Conquest was an incredible experience in delivering a top performing AAA mobile strategy game. Through working on live operation content creation and feature development, I gained intimate knowledge of the workflows and processes our teams followed to deliver new content & experiences for players. I take pride in contributing to a tremendously successful team in creating a game that has brought a fun authentic Game of Thrones experience to millions of players.
Highlights
Sole Producer on a feature pod where I coordinated with multiple disciplines to deliver new features and quality of life improvements to both players and developers.
Primary point of contact on QA for critical live issues. I worked with Community, Customer Service, Product, and Production on replicating top ticket drivers & player-reported issues in a fast paced environment.
Managed and trained a QA feature team. This involved managing their day-to-day work and providing mentorship on their communication, testing, understanding of the game, and test plan writing.
Facilitated bug triage for the project. Worked with team leads and QA to achieve cross-disciplinary understanding of bugs and drive consensus on priority, assignment, and follow-up steps as needed.
Collaborated on a large team which produced a constant flow of new in-game content such as armor, items, events, resource nodes, monsters, and more. Curated a knowledge of each team member’s roles and capabilities in order to report found issues in an efficient and effective manner.
Unannounced Project - Project Jupiter

Project Jupiter has given me the opportunity to learn how to build a long lived game from the ground up. I’ve been able to serve as the Producer on a feature team as well as be the production point of contact for the Game Design and UX Design disciplines. On the feature pod, I work closely with the pod leads (product owner, lead engineer, lead designer) to drive alignment on priorities, load balance our cross discipline pod, and form an understanding of when we can showcase deliverables to the Director group. Our fast-paced, interdependent team structure makes understanding the deliverables of other pods and communicating them clearly absolutely crucial—a task I perform by maintaining strong relationships with other producers and pod leads.
